Boxing and Muay Thai are a fun way to lose weight, and train cardio without having to run on a boring treadmill all day! We work with our clients closely on footwork, punching, and kicking form. We train technique and form and as we do we attain great conditioning. Sparring is available for clients who want harder training or who want to compete. Some of the different things that we cover are basic form, defensive movement, ring movement, counter punching, pad work, and many other drills. The workouts usually affect the lungs, shoulders, arms, and legs the most. We recommend Boxing and Muay Thai to anyone looking to get into shape, compete, or just for the confidence and piece of mind that one could handle themselves in an altercation.
